Welcome to ClovaFX. By accessing our website, Discord server, educational materials, mentorship programs, or digital products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ClovaFX you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use or access the services.

2. Services Provided

ClovaFX offers educational products and materials. These services may include, but are not limited to, provision of online courses, digital resources, webinars, and personalized coaching sessions.

3. Program Description

Upon opting in to our messaging program, users can expect to receive educational content, reminders for scheduled sessions, promotional offers, and other updates relevant to our services. Marketing and promotional messages will not exceed 5 messages per week. Participants in our educational programs may receive multiple messages per day on occasion.

4. Opt-In and Opt-Out of Communications

By registering, you consent to receive communications from us via email and SMS. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Membership & Payments

By purchasing access to ClovaFX products or memberships:

  • We may receive compensation if you sign up through our referral links
  • You are never required to use a specific broker
  • Your broker choice is entirely voluntary

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

6. Community Conduct (Discord & Private Groups)

Members must:

  • Respect other members
  • Avoid harassment or hate speech
  • Avoid sharing copyrighted content
  • Avoid impersonation
  • Avoid leaking signals or private material

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate removal
  • Permanent ban
  • No refund

ClovaFX reserves the right to remove members at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content inside ClovaFX is protected intellectual property, including:

  • Signals
  • Strategies
  • PDFs
  • Courses
  • Branding
  • Graphics
  • Mentorship frameworks

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Redistribute
  • Resell
  • Record private sessions

Without written permission.
Legal action may be taken if materials are leaked.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Profitability
  • Funded account approval
  • Account growth
  • Income results
  • Trade accuracy

Results vary based on:

  • Discipline
  • Risk management
  • Experience
  • Emotional control
  • Market conditions

Your results are your responsibility.

9. Account Termination

ClovaFX reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access
  • Remove members
  • Refuse service
  • Terminate accounts

ClovaFX reserves the right to:

  • Violates rules
  • Engages in fraud
  • Damages brand reputation
  • Disrupts community safety

10. Limitation of Liability

ClovaFX, its owners, moderators, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Broker disputes
  • Website downtime
  • Data loss
  • Missed trades

Use of services is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

ClovaFx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. You are advised to check these Terms periodically for any changes.
